This project investigated Levi’s approach to social sustainability, with a particular focus on worker well-being, living wages and ethical supply chains, exploring the relationship between responsible management, consumer perception and brand trust.

KEY OUTCOMES:

- The project combined research into Levi’s existing sustainability commitments with primary consumer research and in-store observation to examine how its social sustainability efforts are understood and communicated.

- The project identified opportunities for Levi’s to strengthen the transparency and communication of its social sustainability efforts, connecting responsible management more clearly with consumer trust and brand perception.
